Put item (in original packaging) in a larger box (DO NOT just send the shoe box).
Make sure that you fill in the Return form which was provided with your order with contact details, order number, return reason and put it into the box.

Drop your package at a UPS access point.
Please note: Your package MUST have a printed return label for the courier to accept your package.
You can also choose to have your shipment picked up from your home or office by scheduling your collection service.

Receive your refund within 5 - 14 days once the return has arrived at the warehouse
Return via an alternative method
You may prefer to return your item(s) with another courier or by post (e.g Royal Mail, DHL, Hermes). As Foot Locker provides a free UPS return label and the option to return items in stores, alternative return methods are non-refundable. Additionally, Foot Locker is not responsible if any item(s) is lost in transit when a return has been sent back using an alternative method. We strongly recommend returning your item(s) using the free UPS label provided by Foot Locker.
If the return arrives to the warehouse and complies with Foot Locker's return policy, the item will be refunded.
How much time do I have to return a product?
You have 28 days from the day of purchase/date of delivery.
What is the status of my return?
We process all returns as fast as possible but be advised that it could take up to 14 calendar days to process your refund.
Do I have to pay for a return?
No!
Your complete satisfaction is important to Foot Locker! If you are not satisfied with the products you ordered online, you may return them completely free of charge, within 28 calendar days of delivery.
Please note: returns are only free when sent back using the Foot Locker UPS label.
Can I return items from different orders in one box?
No, this is not possible. Each item you are returning will need to be in its original box/packaging, with all original labels attached.
Can I return without original box?
No. Your return will need to be in its original box/packaging, with all original labels attached.
How can I return a gift?
If you have the receipt, and it's within the 28 days of the date of purchase, then Yes, you can simply return using our standard return procedures.
If you don't have the receipt, you may be able to exchange the item in-store (once stores are open again), provided the item is in an unworn condition, with all original packaging and labels attached. The return/exchange is at each store manager's discretion.
