Creating an account is quick and easy. Some advantages to registering are;
- Fast checkout: save your favourite addresses and never type them again
- Order status: check your order details, track your package, and manage returns
- Personal details: manage your data, update your email or password
- Historical data: see past orders and relevant information.
You can create an account during checkout (using the details you already entered) or at any time by clicking on the "Login" link and filling in the form in the "Register New Account" section. If you don’t want to create an account, you will still be able to place your order as a guest.
There can be several reasons why you did not receive an activation email.
- There was a typo or error in the email address when you registered with us.
- For some reason, you might not have successfully registered an account.
- The automated activation email message was caught by your spam filter.
- Your email provider might have blocked the automated email message.
Here's what you can do:
- Check your spam or junk mail folder for an email from us.
- Add Foot Locker to your email contacts or approved senders list.
- Try registering again with the same email address. If the account already exists, you'll see an error indicating that there is a duplicate email address.
- If an account already exists, you can try and reset your password to obtain new login details.
If you still can’t activate your account, get in touch with us via Live Chat who can request a new activation link for you.
For account security, your Foot Locker account is temporarily locked if someone enters the wrong password several times.
To regain access after a lockout:
- Wait 1 hour
- Reset your password using the "Need help logging in?" link below the password field.
- Enter your registered email address. An email will then be sent with a link to create a new password.
- Click the password reset link in the password reset message and type, confirm, and submit the new password.
If you are repeatedly locked out, we recommend you:
- Double check that you have submitted the password change
- Clear your browser of any saved passwords, or use an incognito browser, before trying again
Note: The password reset message can only be sent to the email address which you used to register. If you are still having issues accessing your account, please get in touch with us via Live Chat. Don't worry, you can still shop as a guest while your account is being retrieved.
- Log into your account and enter the “Personal Details” section
- Select or de-select the “Subscribe to our newsletters” box.
You can also unsubscribe directly from one of our emails. If you wish, you can still follow our updates on our social media channels!
- Go to the Login/Signup on the website.
- Enter the email address associated with your account. We'll send you a link so you can start over with a new password

For security reasons, we can’t change the email address associated to your Foot Locker account.
If you make a mistake you can:
- Create a new account with the correct address, and activate it with the link we send to your email address.
If you placed an order with the wrong email address, you can contact our Customer Care team for order updates or continue to shop as a guest.

You can update your personal details, including your address from within your account section. Just visit footlocker.co.uk and click the login/register button in the top right hand corner. Once logged in you will be able to amend your information.

Any orders that you successfully made should show up in the "My orders" section of your account. If they aren't appearing it could be that:
- The order never went through
- You purchased the items using a different login (email or telephone number)
