What is a gift card?
A gift card is a card which can be used as payment in all of our stores (Poland, Hungary, Greece and Turkey excluded). Gift cards can be purchased at our stores and make an ideal gift!

Is the gift card transferable?
Yes, the gift card is not linked to any specific person and can be used by anyone. Feel free to share.
Is it possible to return a gift card?
Sorry, it is not possible to return a gift card, as gift cards are not exchangeable for cash (excluding Denmark).
Can I use my gift card online?
Gift cards can only be redeemed in our stores. At the moment we do not offer online gift cards.
Do gift cards have an expiration date?
No, they don't. Gift cards have no expiry date and can be used at any time.
What should I do if I lose my gift card?
We are sorry to inform you that gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded. That’s why you should store them carefully! However, if you still have the receipt for your gift card, we might be able to establish how much money is on the card and place a block on its use. When this is possible, a replacement card can be issued.

Where can I check the balance of a gift card?
In case you want to have the balance on a gift card checked, you can call the Foot Locker Gift Card Service Line. The toll-free number can be found on the back of the card, and can only be called from within the country where the gift card was issued.
The balance of a card can also be checked in our stores.
Can I use a gift card if it was issued in another country?
Yes! Gift cards can be used in every country in Europe where Foot Locker gift cards are sold.
