Please log in to https://footlockerunitedkingdom.readyreturns.com/ and fill in the email address used to place the order and the order number (it starts with 319 or 310).

Select the reason of your return.
After selecting the item(s), print out the return label and affix it to the box so DHL can scan it.
Can’t print? No problem! You can request a QR code directly from the system.
You will receive the return confirmation.
