Returns are free*
Important:
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
- All items must be returned to us within 28 days from the delivery date.
- Items must not have been worn, used or washed.
- Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box.
If the returned item is damaged, worn, or not in resellable condition, we won't be able to process a refund and may send it back to you. All returns are carefully inspected.
Please do not leave your return in a locker. Parcels must be dropped off at a DHL ParcelShop. You can find your nearest location here.
Returns are free when using Foot Locker’s return method. You may choose another method, but it will be at your own risk, and we won’t be responsible for any issues during return transit.
Note: We cannot accept returns of underwear, swimwear, socks, or any item that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
How to return your Item
1. Go to Ready Returns and enter the email address and order number used during purchase (starts with 319).
2. Select the item(s) you'd like to return.
3. Choose the reason for return.
4. Print your return label and stick it on the outer box (not on the shoe box) as the item won't be eligible for refund.
5. Drop the parcel off at your selected drop-off point.
Keep the receipt and track & trace number.
Note: do not drop your parcel in a locker for the courier to collect. We will not be able to accept returns of parcels left in a locker.
