If you cannot find your return shipping label proceed to "How to return?" or try the following:
If you have placed the order with your Foot Locker Account;
- Log-in to your account, go to the "Orders" section and select the order you are returning.
- By choosing the order you want to return, you can click on "Return entire/complete order".
- The option "Print out return label" will become visible
- Print the return label, package the unwanted item in a box with a copy of the return label and place another copy of the return label on top of the box.
- Call UPS to arrange a pickup or drop the parcel off at a UPS Access Point
! Note: Even if the parcel was dropped off at a UPS Access Point, it is recommended that you still contact UPS to let them know that there is a parcel to be collected.
If you have placed the order as a guest;
- You can contact us by phone or by using our web form. Our team will be happy to assist you with obtaining a new return label.
