We understand that sometimes you need to return an item.
- You can return your item/s completely free of charge, within 28 calendar days after delivery.
- You can choose to return your products by courier, or at any Foot Locker store (excluding orders placed with Clearpay). In both cases, you have to do so in the same country where the order was shipped.
- All merchandise has to be in its original condition, unused, with all tags and original packaging included.
Due to current restrictions, please allow 6-10 working days longer than originally stated to receive your refund.
Printing your return label
When returning an item to Foot Locker do not use the UPS generated Return Label that came with your parcel. Due to changes regarding Brexit, UPS has changed their operating process and the label is invalid and will not accepted.

When return label has been created, please keep proof-of-return in case this is required.
If you wish, you can also choose to ship the items with a different courier or regular mail, although we don’t recommend that: if our return label is not used, we will refund neither the postage fees nor any theft or loss during transport. We recommend in any case that you to opt for a tracked service.
In-store (excluding orders placed with Clearpay)
Take the item(s) you wish to return to your nearest store, along with the order invoice and order confirmation email and our staff will be happy to assist you.
The refund for items returned in store will be made in cash, unless the original payment was made by credit/debit card.
Orders placed with Clearpay cannot be returned in store.
To help avoid any issues, we recommend returning your item(s) during the afternoon hours when there is already enough cash in the store’s register to process your refund.
