If you cannot find your return shipping label, don’t worry. You can always return the product in one of our stores (excluding orders placed with Clearpay), or do one of the following:
- Log-in to your account, go to the "Orders" section and select the order you are returning. You will be able to download and print a return label.
- Contact our Customer Service by phone or email: they will be happy to assist you with obtaining a new return label.
