How can I exchange my product?
Fancy a different colour? Size does not fit as expected? No problem.
You have 28 days from the delivery to exchange items bought online (except if paid with Clearpay) in one of our stores (as long as we have your desired product in stock).
If you don’t wish to visit our stores, you can place a new order and send the items back following our standard Return Procedure. We will then issue a refund for your first order. The reason for this is that our warehouse is not set up for exchanges, so please remember that if you send the item back via UPS, it will be automatically processed as a return.

What are the conditions for exchanging my item(s)?
To allow for your exchange to be accepted, please make sure the merchandise is
- in its original condition
- has all tags and original packaging included.
We reserve the right to refuse items that are returned after the 28 days period or that are not in the same condition you received them in.
Do I have to pay for an exchange?
If the item you want is more expensive than your original item, you will will be required to pay the difference in price between the 2 items.
If the item you want is less expensive than your original order, we will either refund the difference, or offer store credit for the remaining amount.
What if I don't have the receipt?
If you don't have the receipt, you may still be able to exchange the item in-store, provided the item is in an unworn condition, with all original packaging and labels attached. The exchange is at each store manager's discretion.
Can I exchange an item without the original box?
No. Your item/s will need to be in the original box/packaging, with all original labels attached.
How much time do I have to exchange a product?
28 days from the day of purchase/date of delivery.
