    Placed online order and the item arrived in good time but they had left the store security tag attached so use. Unfortunately where i live there is no footlocker store to go to to get it removed, phoned customer services and left hanging on for over half an hour twice with no response. Email correspondence initially quick but advised to send trainers back for refund, not what i wanted just wanted tag removed, but they were unable to accommodate trainers to be returned remove tag and send back out.

     

    Not very efficient in the customer help department
