Returning your item via Hermes is quick, easy and FREE. Whether you want to drop your parcel at a collection point, or have a courier collect the package from your home or work, Just follow the steps below and choose a method which works best for you.
You will need to visit https://www.myhermes.co.uk/return. scroll to the bottom of the page and select Foot Locker.

Parcelshop/Locker drop off
If you chose Parcelshop drop off or Locker drop off you will need to complete the following fields before generating your return label.
Finding your order number
Your order number can usually be found on your invoice inside your delivery, on the order confirmation email or you can find it by logging in to your Foot Locker account (if registered).
You will need to select one of the following return reasons:
- Too big
- Too small
- Faulty/poor quality
- Colour
- Not as shown on website
- Incorrect item received
- Arrived too late
- Ordered for choice/multiple sizes
- Fabric/material
- Other
Printing your return label
If you don't have access to a printer, you can also print your return label at one of our Parcelshops. Once the steps above have been completed, we will email you a unique QR code. Just present this at your nearest Parcelshop to print the label.
If you decided to print the label at home, you will see the following screen. Just click the Print your return label button and the print dialogue should open on your device.
Courier collection
If you selected Courier collection you will need to complete the following information, including arranging a collection date and time that suits your schedule.
Use the postcode lookup tool to search for your address, and then select your address from the drop-down menu. Once you have confirmed this, you can arrange a collection date.

Not going to be home?
Set a place for contact-free collection. If you don't specify a safe place, or a safe place isn't available our couriers will knock on your door, and take two steps back or close the door to ensure a contact-free collection. You can select one of the following options:
- Outbuilding
- Shed
- Porch
- Garage
- Greenhouse
- Letterbox
Once completed, check the collection details are correct and proceed to print your return label.
Printing your return label
If you don't have access to a printer, you can also print your return label at a Hermes Parcelshop. Once the steps above have been completed, we will email you a unique QR code. Just present this at your nearest Parcelshop to print the label.
If you decided to print the label at home, you will see the following screen. Just click the Get your return label button and the print dialogue should open on your device.
Your printed label will look something like this:
Simply attach this label to the outside of the box, making sure it's clear and accessible to the courier.
