Can I pick up and return parcels at collection points?
Yes, the courier service will usually make 3 attempts to deliver your order to the specified address. If nobody is home, the driver may either:
- leave the parcel with your neighbour
- deliver the parcel to a collection point, where you can collect it with a photo ID, applies to UPS only. If your item has been delivered to a collection point, it is advisable to collect your item as soon as possible in case local restrictions change.
In both cases the location will be clearly stated on the delivery note left by the driver.
Is it safe to receive orders?
We are working closely with our delivery partners to ensure all deliveries arrive safely. The wellbeing of our customers is a top priority and all necessary precautions are being taken to ensure the safety of both customers and couriers during this time, including contact-free deliveries.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), there is no risk of parcels being contaminated and pose no risk to customers.
Have you extended the return policy?
Items purchased between November 1st and December 25th 2020 will have an extended return period of 60 days from the day of purchase.
Can I return my online order to a store?
If your store is open, you can return or exchange your item(s) at the store.

How can I return item bought in store?
The items bought in store must be returned to a store.
If your store is closed due to lockdown, you will have to wait until the store reopens, however there is a 60 day extended return period.
When I return something, how quickly will I be refunded?
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 days after the warehouse have received your return. The warehouse will inspect merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns.
Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation. Depending on the credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Can I shop safely in your stores?
We want to reassure you that we are taking all necessary steps to ensure the safety of our customers and employees, this includes limiting people in the store, frequent cleaning and following public health authority recommended guidelines.
Our stores are cleaned thoroughly before opening and throughout the day.
Each store will post its maximum capacity on entrance door - our staff will be on hand to advise.
Staff and customers must keep a distance of 2 meters apart while instore. Signs will be installed for guidance.
Employees and customers must wear a mask inside the store
Hand sanitizer will be available for everyone to use
Safe handling of merchandise and returns
We will regularly disinfect door handles, till keyboards, and other areas that are frequently touched

How does Foot Locker online guarantee the safety of customers and employees?
We make sure that your online order is safe. Delivery of parcels will continue as usual and courier services have confirmed that you do not have to sign for deliveries to avoid contact. In addition, we have taken additional health and hygiene measures in our warehouses and distribution centers to ensure the safety of our employees. The World Health Organization has also confirmed that there is no cause for concern for those who receive packages delivered by courier services.
