- Bought online, no return label generated yet? You can return in store or by post.
- Already generated a return label? You must return by post only. Once a label is generated, your order can no longer be returned in store.
- Bought in store? Return to any Foot Locker store only. In-store purchases cannot be returned by post.
- Received a damaged, dirty or wrong item as an online purchase? This must be returned by post via Ready Returns — it cannot be returned in store.
