- Returning by post. Free for FLX members who were logged in at checkout. For non-FLX members, a return fee of £2.99 will be deducted from your refund. Create your return label: Return Orders Here
- Returning in store. Free of charge. No return label needed. Bring your item, proof of purchase, and the original shoe box if applicable to any Foot Locker store.
- Damaged or incorrect item. Return Orders Here
Important: If you have already created a return label, we recommend that you return your package by post to avoid delays in the store.
