You first have to answer whether you have a shipping label or not. You MUST have this before a parcel will be accepted by the courier. If you need to print another, please follow our label printing instructions.
Very important! You MUST include your Foot Locker return label on your package. If you do not include this, the courier will require payment for the return.
Next you have to enter the information from where you would like the package collected.
Here you have to provide the information for your return (number of packages, weight).
Select your preferred date and time for the collection, and any special instructions for the driver.
You can select how you are notified about the collection (email, SMS) and any personal message you would like included in the notification.
Once you have provided the above information and clicked 
you will be provided with confirmation of your collection.
