We process all returns as fast as possible but be advised that it could take up to 14 calendar days to process your refund.
If there is an issue with your order you are advised to contact our Customer Care team immediately. You will then need to complete the return form with an accurate explanation for the return. When the parcel arrives in our warehouse a dedicated team unboxes and examines the product for signs of wear or damage, as well as the details provided to us on your return form.
Your refund is triggered once we confirm that you returned the item(s) in the same condition as you received them. To check if your return has been received, you can track the package using the UPS tracking number on your return label or contact our Customer Care team to check the status of your return.
