Before you return — choose the right method
- Returning by post? Create your return label via Ready Returns and send your parcel back by post.
- Returning in store? Do not create a return label — no need to pack your item — simply bring your item, including the original shoebox if applicable to any Foot Locker store.
- Damaged, dirty or incorrect item? This must be returned by post via Ready Returns.
Important: If you have already created a return label, we recommend returning your parcel by post to avoid delays in store.
