10% Discount for Italian FLX Members when they shop in store
From 15th of February 2022 until the 8th of March 2022, our Italian FLX members can take advantage of a 10% discount in Foot Locker stores in Italy. This promotion is valid only in Italy and in store.
To receive the discount, simply verify your FLX membership with one of the store associates.
Please note the following products are excluded:
FLX is the Foot Locker membership program through which you can earn XPoints that can be redeemed for nice products, exciting events, and much more.
FLX membership is free of charge.
Membership in the FLX Program is open to all Foot Locker customers who;
- live in the UK, France, The Netherlands, Spain, Italy or Germany
- are aged 16 or over (or have a parent or guardian’s consent)
- have a valid email account.
How do I sign up for FLX membership?
Customers can sign up for FLX in the UK, France, The Netherlands, Spain, Italy or Germany, either online or in the Foot Locker & Kids Foot Locker stores.
Customers can only signup with a home address from one of the countries where FLX membership is active (currently UK, France, The Netherlands, Italy, Spain and Germany).
Please note, if you sign up in store, you will need to complete your registration online within 6 months from the date you signed up in store. If you do not complete your registration within this time, you will not be able to redeem any points and your account will be deactivated.
How do I earn XPoints?
You can earn XPoints in three ways:
- Make a purchase at any Foot Locker/ Kids Foot Locker store in the UK, France, The Netherlands, Spain, Italy or Germany, and give them your membership card/number, your email address or your phone number on your FLX membership account.
- Make a purchase online at footlocker.co.uk, footlocker.fr, footlocker.nl, footlocker.es, footlocker.it or footlocker.de, while being logged in to your FLX membership account.
- Take part in FLX membership activities, e.g. refer the program to a friend, connecting on social media, complete surveys and other online activities.
Currently, points cannot be combined or transferred between memberships.
XPoints will not be awarded when buying a gift card, but the points will be given when the gift card is used to make a purchase.
What can I do with my XPoints?
You can redeem your Xpoints for a wide variety of rewards, including unique products, exciting experiences, sweepstake entries, digital rewards and gift cards.
The offer changes on a regular basis. The current offer can be found on the Foot Locker website in your FLX account section (Check out our Current Offers.)
How many XPoints do I get for my purchase?
For every Pound/ Euro you spend in a Foot Locker / Kids Foot Locker store or online, in any of the FLX countries (UK, France, The Netherlands, Spain, Italy or Germany), you will earn 100 XPoints when identified as an FLX member.
When do my XPoints show in my account?
XPoints will be added to your FLX account within approximately 3 business days after your purchase or completed activity; however, occasionally it might take up to 30 days.
Do my XPoints expire?
If you do not make a purchase within 365 days, your XPoints will expire.
Only XPoints earned through a purchase count towards the 365 day timeline; XPoints earned in any other way (e.g. profile completion, surveys, etc.) will not count.
If you make a purchase, but you decide to return it, the 365 day countdown falls back to the date of your previous purchase.
How do I redeem my XPoints for rewards?
Log into your FLX account on the Foot Locker website and check out the Rewards Center for available rewards. Follow the instructions to redeem your XPoints for available rewards.
Where can I find available rewards?
FLX members can see available rewards in our FLX Reward Centre.
Where can I see how many XPoints I have?
You can see your points balance in your FLX membership dashboard in your FLX account on the Foot Locker website.
Can I change my mind on a reward and get my points back?
No, this is not possible at the moment. When you redeem XPoints for a reward, it's final.
Can I get points for purchases I made before I joined?
No, that's not possible. You can only get points for purchases that are linked to your FLX account after you've signed up for FLX.
Can I share my XPoints?
An FLX membership is personal to you and therefore non-transferable. You can collect and redeem FLX XPoints only from your own account. There is a limit of 1 FLX membership per person.
Can I use my XPoints to purchase a product in a Foot Locker store or online?
No, it is not possible to use XPoints to purchase a product. XPoints may only be used in the FLX membership online Rewards section on gift cards or to redeem other rewards.
What happens to my XPoints when I return items or cancel an order?
XPoints earned on an item will be removed from your FLX account when you return this item or cancel an order.
Do I get XPoints when I make a purchase at a Foot Locker store outside the UK, or at another Foot Locker brand store?
At the moment, Xpoints can only be earned when making a purchase at a Foot Locker / Kids Foot Locker store in the UK, France, The Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Germany or online. Stay tuned for updates!
At the time of purchase I forgot to tell the store assistant I’m a member of FLX. Can I still get XPoints for that purchase?
You have 7 days from the date of your purchase to get XPoints for that purchase added to your account. However, this opportunity is limited to 1 request per calendar year. Please contact Customer Service via LIVE CHAT, to receive your XPoints.
I don’t see XPoints I think I should have received. What do I do?
Points will normally be added to your FLX account within approximately 3 business days of your purchase or completed activity; however, occasionally it might take up to 30 days.
If you believe that you did not receive your points, you must contact us via LIVE CHAT for assistance, within 7 days of the date you think you earned the XPoints.
Each month, every FLX member born in that month will receive a birthday sweep via email, for the chance to win prizes. The gift is 1 x free entry into the Birthday sweeps, but be advised that you must be registered with the FLX Reward Centre to participate.
Your entry does not automatically guarantee a win or a prize and winners are selected at the start of the following month. Winners will be contacted by email.
You MUST enter during your birthday month otherwise the sweepstake closes and you can no longer enter.
I signed up for an account with Foot Locker online and agreed to receive marketing emails. Am I already a member?
No, FLX membership is different from creating an account with Foot Locker UK, France, Italy, Spain, Germany or the Netherlands and signing up to receive the Foot Locker newsletter.
You must separately enroll in the FLX membership by opting in on Foot Locker UK, France the Netherlands, Spain, Italy or Germany to become an FLX loyalty member and receive points for your purchases and activities, and for access to FLX membership benefits & rewards.
No, that's not possible unfortunately.
You may unsubscribe from FLX membership marketing emails at any time by updating your communication preferences or by following the instructions in the emails.

I am on holiday or do not live permanently in the UK, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Italy or Germany. Can I still sign up?
Anyone aged 16 years or older can sign up and become a member of FLX, so you too!
Although you don’t have to be permanently living in the UK, France, The Netherlands, Italy, Spain or Germany, at this point it is only possible to get points when you make a purchase at a Foot Locker / Kids Foot Locker in the store or online in one of those countries.
I would like my FLX membership account and my personally identifiable information associated with the account to be deleted.
