What can I do if my size is not available?
If your size is not available, you can use our in-store Sneaker Finder service or check the website regularly for restocks.
Sneaker Finder (in-store)
If you can't find your product in your favourite store or online, Sneaker Finder is there to help.
1. Note down the Product Code for the item you want (visible on the product page at footlocker.co.uk)
2. Go to any of our stores and ask one of our stripers to use the Sneaker Finder service to check the product’s availability in your size.
3. If the product is available in your size in any of our European stores, the striper will book it for you and it will be delivered to your favourite address for free.

My order was cancelled for stock issues, but my size is still available!
Our website receives an extremely high volume of orders and it's not possible to get 100% accurate, real-time stock levels online as these numbers can change so quickly.
Although frustrating, it may be some comfort to know that popular products are usually restocked quickly and the website reflects this almost instantly by displaying all sizes that are available at the time.
Your refund will be automatically transferred back to your bank account within a few days of the order being cancelled.
I have seen a product on another website that Foot Locker do not stock
Foot Locker provides a variety of items from different retailers and we always try to keep our inventory as complete as possible. If an item does not exist on our inventory it could be because;
- Item is only available via the official retailer
- item is sold out from our inventory
- item is scheduled for a future release

Can I pre-order an item if it hasn’t been released yet?
We don’t generally accept pre-orders through our website, but sometimes exceptions may be made for special products or promotions.
Can you tell me if my local Foot Locker store has the product I want?
At the moment, we are unable to tell you which Foot Locker stores have a certain item in stock. You can either contact your local store to check the availability, or place a Sneaker Finder order in store (this service is not available in Switzerland, Greece, Hungary, Poland, and Turkey).

What Plus Size range is available? / How do I find my size (clothes)
Here at Footlocker we provide a variety of sizes you can choose from. The size options will always depend on the item itself. At this moment we only provide the item sizes that are available from the official retailer, should you have any specific size requests, please visit the official retailer website.

Do you sell extra laces?
At present we do not offer extra laces with our shoes.
There is a small collection of laces in our shoecare section.
What if the laces on the product were damaged on arrival?
If the laces on your product are damaged, you will need to return or exchange the complete item.

When are you getting new stock of a specific product?
We are unable to tell you in advance when a product will be restocked. You can keep an eye on our social media pages and our newsletter for restock updates. We also recommend checking our Release Calendar for news about the latest sneaker releases.
Popular or limited edition releases
During popular releases, you may have to join a queue at a specific time to secure your purchase. Once you have joined the queue, there is no guarantee that you will be successful due to high demand. Some products (particularly some of the Jordan range) are known to sell out in just minutes.
To help manage this traffic and as a way to reward our loyal members, these special releases will only be available to purchase if you are registered on our website prior to the release date (before midnight the day before). You will always have the option to shop with us as a guest, but special releases will only be available if you are a registered member.
