Returns

You have 28 days from the day of delivery to return your order.

Please make a note of your Return Tracking Number. This number is required in case you need to contact us about your return. 

IMPORTANT: if you choose to return your items via another method or courier, Foot Locker is not responsible for any loss or damage. If you cannot use Ready Returns, please reach out to our Customer Service team. 

Step 1

Please log in to https://footlockernorway.readyreturns.com/ and fill in the email address used to place the order and the order number (it starts with 319 or 310).

Step 2

Select the item(s) you would like to return.

Step 3

Select the reason of your return.

Step 4

After selecting the item(s), print out the return label and affix it to the box so UPS can scan it. Note: please do NOT stick the return label on the shoe box. The shoe box must be returned in its original condition.

Step 5

You will receive the return confirmation.
