If you are not satisfied with the products you ordered online, you may return them completely free of charge, within 28 calendar days after delivery.
Step 1 - Box your items
Put item (in original packaging) in a larger box (DO NOT just send the shoe box)
Step 2 - Return form
Make sure that you fill in the Return form which was provided with your order with contact details, order number, return reason and put it into the box.

Step 3 - Return label
Put the return label in the clear pouch provided, and stick to the box
If you need to print your own return label, you can do so at the UPS portal:
Step 4 - Drop-off
Drop your package at a UPS access point.
Your package MUST have a printed return label before the courier will accept it. If you don't have one, you can print one following our Label Printing Instructions
Step 5 - Arrange pickup online
You can also choose to have your shipment picked up from your home or office by scheduling your collection service.

Step 6 - Refund
Receive your refund within 5 - 14 days
If you have placed the order with your Foot Locker Account;
- Log-in to your account, go to the "Orders" section and select the order you are returning.
- By choosing the order you want to return, you can click on "Return entire/complete order".
- The option "Print out return label" will become visible
- Print the return label, package the unwanted item in a box with a copy of the return label and place another copy of the return label on top of the box.
- Contact UPS to arrange a pickup or drop the parcel off at a UPS Access Point
If you have placed the order as a guest;
As long as you have your order number, you can print your label via the UPS portal.

How much time do I have to return a product?
Due to current restrictions, we have extended our return policy to 28 days, from the day of purchase/date of delivery.
What is the status of my return?
We process all returns as fast as possible but be advised that it could take up to 14 calendar days to process your refund.

No, this is not possible. Each item you are returning will need to be in its original box/packaging, with all original labels attached.

How can I return a gift?
If you have the receipt, and it's within the 28 days of the date of purchase, then Yes, you can simply return using our standard return procedures.
If you don't have the receipt, you may be able to exchange the item in-store (once stores are open again), provided the item is in an unworn condition, with all original packaging and labels attached. The return/exchange is at each store manager's discretion.
