We offer physical gift cards in all European Foot Locker and Kids Foot Locker stores. Digital gift cards are available on participating European websites.

You can purchase digital gift cards online using:

• Mastercard

• American Express

• Apple Pay

Online use:
Gift cards can only be used online on the website of the country where they were issued. For example, a Spanish gift card can only be used on footlocker.es

It will not work on other Foot Locker country websites.

In‑store use:
You can use your gift card in any physical Foot Locker store across Europe.

2. Enter your 16-digit gift card number and 8-digit PIN (included with your gift card)

No. Promo codes and discount codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

Once you have a gift card, you can use it to pay for your order and still apply an eligible promo or discount code to the items in your basket.

You can use up to 5 gift cards for a single transaction.

No, gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

Yes, your gift card balance can be applied to shipping costs.

No problem! You can pay the remaining balance using another payment method, such as cash or a credit/debit card.

No, our gift cards never expire. Your balance will remain available for use whenever you're ready to make a purchase.

No, there are no fees associated with using our gift cards.

When you return an item purchased initially with a gift card, the refund will always be issued as a gift card, not cash or credit to another payment method. Here's how it works:

• For store purchases returned in-store: You'll receive a new physical gift card at the time of return

• For online purchases returned in-store: You'll receive a new digital gift card sent to your email

• For any purchases returned online: You'll receive a new digital gift card sent to your email

In all cases, your new gift card will be loaded with the exact value of the returned items.

Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards. Please keep your gift card in a safe place.
