We offer physical gift cards in all European Foot Locker and Kids Foot Locker stores.

Depending on the country, there are a few different types of online payment methods you can use to purchase a digital gift card. Here is a list of countries and their accepted payment methods for digital gift cards:

• Netherlands: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, iDeal

• Germany: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Sofort

• Spain: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay

• France: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay

• Italy: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay

Yes! Gift cards purchased in any European country can be used at any Foot Locker store across Europe. For online purchases, gift cards can only be used on the website of the country where the card was issued.

Example: If you purchase a gift card in the UK, you can use it in any physical Foot Locker store in France, Italy, Spain, Germany, The Netherlands, or any other European country where we operate. However, for online shopping, you will need to use it on the UK website Footlocker.co.uk not on the French or Italian websites.

It's simple to use your gift card for online purchases:

1. Select "Gift Card" as your payment method at checkout

2. Enter your 16-digit gift card number and 8-digit PIN (included with your gift card)

3. Click "Apply"

Absolutely! You can use your gift card alongside coupons and discount codes to maximize your savings.

No. Promo codes and discount codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

Once you have a gift card, you can use it to pay for your order and still apply an eligible promo or discount code to the items in your basket.

You can use up to 5 gift cards for a single transaction.

No, gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

Yes, your gift card balance can be applied to shipping costs.

No problem! You can pay the remaining balance using another payment method, such as cash or a credit/debit card.

No, our gift cards never expire. Your balance will remain available for use whenever you're ready to make a purchase.

No, there are no fees associated with using our gift cards.

• Call the toll-free number for your country during business hours:

When you return an item purchased initially with a gift card, the refund will always be issued as a gift card, not cash or credit to another payment method. Here's how it works:

• For store purchases returned in-store: You'll receive a new physical gift card at the time of return

• For online purchases returned in-store: You'll receive a new digital gift card sent to your email

• For any purchases returned online: You'll receive a new digital gift card sent to your email

In all cases, your new gift card will be loaded with the exact value of the returned items.

Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards. Please keep your gift card in a safe place.
