Can I modify or cancel my TikTok Shop order?
No. Foot Locker cannot modify or cancel TikTok Shop orders. Open the TikTok app, go to your order, and contact TikTok Shop support as soon as possible, as changes are time-sensitive.
I placed an order on TikTok Shop. Where is my confirmation?
Order confirmations for TikTok Shop purchases are sent by TikTok Shop. Please check your email inbox, spam folder, and TikTok app notifications.
If you still cannot find your confirmation, contact TikTok Shop support.
Can I use my FLX rewards or promo codes on TikTok Shop?
No. FLX points and Foot Locker promotional codes cannot be used on TikTok Shop purchases. Promotions on TikTok Shop are managed separately.
I bought something on TikTok Shop but I am not receiving FLX points. Why?
TikTok Shop purchases are not linked to the FLX loyalty programme. FLX points are earned on eligible purchases made through footlocker.co.uk or in store only.

Can I get my TikTok Shop order delivered to a Foot Locker store or locker?
No. Click & Collect and in-store delivery are not available for TikTok Shop purchases. Delivery options are set by TikTok Shop at checkout.

Can I return a TikTok Shop order to a Foot Locker store?

How long does a TikTok Shop refund take?
