Shopping, Availability & Releases
How do I find a specific brand or model?
Use the search bar on our website or app and enter the product name, brand or SKU if known. Browse by category or brand and use filters to narrow your results by size, colour, price, and more.
You can also download the Foot Locker app: Apple App Store / Google Play Store.
How do I find a store nearby?
- Visit the store locator.
- Enter your address, city, or post code.
- Select a store to view its address, opening hours, and contact details.
Can I check stock in stores?
We do not have visibility of individual store stock levels. To check availability in store, we recommend visiting your nearest Foot Locker directly.
Do all Foot Locker stores carry the same products?
No. Product availability varies by store and location, so an item available online may not be available in every Foot Locker store.
Can I order an item that is out of stock?
No. If an item or size is out of stock, it can't be ordered. If available, you can sign up for a Notify Me alert on the product page to find out when it's back.
When will an item be restocked?
We don't have confirmed restock dates for individual products or sizes. If Notify Me is available on the product page, you can sign up to receive an email if the item comes back in stock.
Our Customer Care team doesn't have access to future stock information and can't provide a restock date.
Can I be notified when an item is back in stock?
Yes. If Notify Me is available for your item or size:
- Go to the product page
- Select the out-of-stock size
- Click Notify me when available
- Enter your email address and confirm
We'll email you if the item becomes available again. Stock can sell quickly, so receiving a notification doesn't guarantee the item will still be available when you visit the site.
Can I pre-order or reserve an item?
No, we don't currently offer pre-orders or reservations.
Check our Release Calendar for upcoming releases and launch dates.
How do I find upcoming releases?
Will limited-edition products be restocked?
Limited-edition and launch products are often available in limited quantities and may not be restocked once they sell out.
We can't confirm whether a specific product will return. Check our Release Calendar for upcoming launches and releases.
Product Details & Sizing
Are your products authentic?
Yes. Foot Locker only stocks genuine, authentic products sourced directly from the brands we partner with.
How do I find the right size?
Sizing can vary between brands and styles. On each product page, you will find a size chart where you can enter your measurements to find your best fit.
Customer reviews on the product page can also be helpful, as they often include information on whether a style runs true to size.

- Avoid machine washing unless the manufacturer specifically states that it is safe to do so
- Check the care label before washing
- Follow the recommended washing temperature and drying instructions
- Wash similar colours together to help prevent colour transfer
- Turn printed or embellished garments inside out before washing when appropriate
