- Returning in store: Do not create a return label — no need to pack your item — simply bring your item, including the original shoebox if applicable to any Foot Locker store.

Important: If you have already created a return label, we recommend returning your parcel by post to avoid delays in store.
Before You Return Your Order
Please select the correct return method before creating your return.
Returning by Post
Create your return label online using our return service: Return Orders Here.
- Enter your email address and order number.
- Select the item(s) you would like to return.
- Print the return label and attach it to the outer parcel only.
- Do not attach the return label directly to the shoe box.
Returning in Store
Returning in store is simple and no return label is required.
- Do not create a return label.
- No need to pack your item.
- Bring your item and original shoe box, if applicable, to any Foot Locker store.
Damaged, Dirty or Incorrect Item
If you received a damaged, dirty or incorrect item, please create your return online: Return Orders Here.
Important Information
- All items must be returned within 28 days from the delivery date.
- Items must not have been worn, used or washed.
- Items must be returned with original packaging and tags attached.
- Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box.
- Parcels left in lockers for courier collection cannot be accepted.
