When setting up your account, you can opt in to receive our newsletter to stay up to date on the latest trends and promotions.
Once you have completed the steps, you will receive a verification email to activate your account. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
Yes. To update your account details, log in and click your name in the top right corner of the page. You can modify your:
- Name
- Email address
- Delivery address
- Phone number
If you are updating your email address, you will need to confirm the change by entering your current password.
No. You can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, having an account makes it easier to track your orders and shop without re-entering your details each time.
To subscribe: Visit footlocker.ie and scroll to the bottom of the page. Make sure you have accepted cookies to see the subscribe option.
To unsubscribe: Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter email. You can also submit an unsubscribe request using this form.
If you would like to delete your Foot Locker account and all associated data, please complete this form: Delete my account / Delete my data.
Password & Login
On the sign-in page, click Forgot Password and enter the email address linked to your account. You will receive an email with a link to set a new password.
Please note the email may take a couple of hours to arrive and could land in your spam or promotions folder. Once you click the link, you will be directed to a page to create your new password.
Regularly updating your password adds an extra layer of security to your account. We recommend using a unique password that you do not use on any other account.
Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, then attempt to log in again.
If the problem continues, contact our Customer Care team with the following:
- The date and time the issue occurred
- A screenshot of the error message displayed on your screen
If you no longer have access to the email address linked to your account, you will need to create a new account. Unfortunately, your order history cannot be transferred to a new account.
Email Confirmation
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find it:
- Try creating a new account with the same email address. If you see a message saying the address is already in use, your original account was created successfully and the verification email should arrive shortly.
- If you cannot find the email at all, there may have been a typo in the email address used. In that case, create a new account with the correct address.
- You can also click the Resend email link on the sign-in page.

Confirmation links expire after a few hours. Go to our website and click the Resend email link to receive a new one. You will then have a few hours to confirm your email address using the new link.
