Combo deals

A Combo Deal is a special offer where you buy one eligible item and get a second eligible item at a discount, or even free.

Simply add two eligible Combo Deal items to your basket. The discount is automatically applied to the lowest-priced item.

The discounted or free item must also be an eligible Combo Deal item from the same promotion. You cannot choose any item as the discounted one.

The discount is calculated based on the lowest-priced item in the Combo Deal and then split proportionally across both items.

For example, if you buy two items for €30 and €20, and the deal is Buy 1 Get 1 Free, the €20 discount is spread proportionally. The €30 item is reduced by €12 and the €20 item by €8.

Here is what is and is not allowed in combination with a Combo Deal:

• Combo Deal + items already on sale (strikethrough price): Yes, this is allowed.
• Combo Deal + another Combo Deal: Yes, you can have multiple Combo Deals in the same basket. For example, a Buy 1 Get 1 Free on socks and a separate deal on hoodies.
• Combo Deal + promotional or discount codes: No, Combo Deals cannot be combined with other promotional codes, student discounts, or cart-wide promotions.
• Combo Deal + gift cards: Yes, you can use a gift card with Combo Deals.

If you have an unmatched set in your basket, for example 2 buy items and 1 get item, the discount will be applied to the lowest-priced get item.

Our standard return policy applies to Combo Deal items. Here are a few important things to keep in mind:

• If you ordered online: You can return the item for free using the Ready Returns portal or by returning it to a store.*
• If you bought in store: You must return the item to a store. Please bring proof of purchase such as your confirmation email or receipt.
• All items must be returned within 28 days of the delivery date. For store purchases, within 28 days of the purchase date.
• We cannot accept returns of underwear, swimwear, socks, or any items not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Shoes must be returned in their original box.
• The refund amount for each item will be adjusted to account for the Combo Deal discount.
• You can return a single item from a Combo Deal. You do not need to return both items.
• There are no restocking fees for Combo Deal returns.

*If you choose a different return method than the ones we offer, you are responsible for the package until it reaches us. Foot Locker is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during the return process when using an alternative method.

When you buy items as part of a Combo Deal, the discount is spread proportionally across each item. If you return one item, your refund will be the original price of that item minus its share of the discount.

Buy 1, Get 1 Free example:

You buy two items, one for €30 and one for €20. The €20 discount is spread proportionally. The €30 item is reduced by €12 and the €20 item by €8.

• If you return the €30 item, you will receive a refund of €18 (€30 - €12).
• If you return the €20 item, you will receive a refund of €12 (€20 - €8).

Buy 1, Get 1 50% Off example:

You buy two items, one for €30 and one for €20. The 50% discount (€10) is split proportionally. The €30 item is reduced by €6 and the €20 item by €4.

• If you return the €30 item, you will receive a refund of €24 (€30 - €6).
• If you return the €20 item, you will receive a refund of €16 (€20 - €4).

Returns by post: If you return items by post using Ready Returns or a shipping carrier, a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges are not available for Combo Deal items. If you would like a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order.

You can return a single item without returning both. Your refund will be adjusted to reflect the discount applied to that item.
