⚠️ Before you return — choose the right method
- Bought online, no return label generated yet? You can return your item in store or by post.
- Already generated a return label? You must return your item by post only. Once a label has been created, your order can no longer be returned in store.
- Bought in store? Return your item to any Foot Locker store only. Items bought in store cannot be returned by post.
- Received a damaged, dirty or wrong item as an online purchase? This must be returned by post via Ready Returns only — an in-store return is not possible.
Returning by Post
How do I return an item by post?
Returns are free within 28 days of the delivery date, providing you use our return method.
Before sending your items, make sure they meet the following conditions:
- Items must not have been worn, used or washed.
- Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box.
- We do not accept returns of underwear, swimwear, socks or any item not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
Follow these steps:
- Log in to Ready Returns and enter the email address used to place the order and your order number (starting with 319).
- Select the item(s) you would like to return.
- Select the reason for your return.
- Print the return label and stick it to the outer box so the courier can scan it. Do not stick the label on the shoe box, as the item will not be eligible for a refund.
- Take your parcel to your chosen drop-off point. Make sure you get a receipt with a tracking number. Items cannot be left in a locker for a courier to collect.
Returns are free if you use Foot Locker's return method. If you choose an alternative method, the return is at your own risk and Foot Locker will not be liable for any loss or issue during the return process.
I don't have a return label
You can generate a return label at any time via Ready Returns.
If you are having difficulty, please contact our Customer Care team. Have your order number ready so we can locate your order quickly.
How can I track my return?
Your parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back at Foot Locker. Make sure you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
Keep a note of the tracking number found on your return label.
My items don't fit in one box
If your items don't fit into a single box, you will need to generate a separate return label for each package:
- Log in to Ready Returns.
- Select the items going in the first package and generate a label for it.
- Repeat the process for each remaining package until every package has its own unique return label.
Note: Multiple orders cannot be packed in the same box and sent as one return. Each order must be sent in a separate package with its own label — otherwise your package will be returned to you.
Returning in Store
How do I return an item in a Foot Locker store?
Important: If you have already generated a return label online, your order must be returned by post. Once a label has been created, an in-store return is no longer possible.
Online orders can be returned free of charge in store for an exchange or full refund within 28 days of the delivery date. Bring your proof of purchase (on your phone or printed): your confirmation email, shipping email or purchase receipt.

Can I return an order placed in store?
Yes. Orders placed in store can only be returned in store — they cannot be returned by post.
Special Return Types
I bought an item through a raffle. Can I return it?
Yes, you can return it via Ready Returns — follow the same process as any standard postal return.
Can I exchange an item?
A direct online exchange is not currently available. If you would like a different item, return the original and place a new order.
You can also exchange an item in store, provided it meets the return conditions.
