Returning by Post
How do I return an item by post?
You have 28 days from the delivery date to return your item. All returned items must be in their original condition.

- Select the item(s) you want to return
- Choose a reason for return
- Choose one of the following options:
- Print your return label and attach it securely to the outer shipping box (not the shoe box).
- Or create a return code (QR code). You don’t need a printer—simply show the code at a DHL parcel shop. The label will be printed there and attached to your parcel.
- Drop off your return at your selected DHL drop-off point
- Keep your receipt with tracking details until your refund is processed

- Do not leave returns in a locker — we are unable to collect them
- Keep your return and drop-off receipt

What if my return doesn't fit in one box?
Each package needs its own unique return label or return code.

- Select the items for the first package

Generate the return label or return code for that package:
- Print the return label and attach it to the outer shipping box (not the shoe box).
- Or, if available, use the QR code option. You don’t need a printer—simply show the code at a DHL parcel shop, where the label will be printed and attached for you.
- Repeat these steps for each additional package
Please note: Do not combine multiple orders in one box. Each package must be registered separately.
How do I track my return?
Once you've dropped off your return, keep track of it until it reaches us.
- Keep your receipt — it includes the tracking number.
- Your return remains your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse
Returning In Store
How do I return an item to a Foot Locker store?
You can return eligible items to any Foot Locker store for free within 28 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with labels still attached.
What to bring:
- Your proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation)
- The item in its original condition with all tags attached
- Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box — do not pack or seal in a shipping box
We do not accept in-store returns for:
- Underwear, swimwear, socks, or hygiene-sensitive items
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
Please note: Items purchased in-store should only be returned in-store. Store purchases cannot be returned online.
Can I return an online order to a store?
Yes, you can return online purchases in-store, as long as the item was not received damaged or incorrect.
If your item was damaged or incorrect, it must be returned by post.
I bought an item in a Foot Locker store — can I return it by post?
No. Items purchased in-store must be returned to a Foot Locker store. Store purchases cannot be returned by post.
Specific Return Types
Can I return a raffle item?
Yes, you can return. Return Orders Here and follow the same process as any standard postal return.
Can I exchange an item?
We don't offer exchanges for online orders. However, you can return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
Alternatively, you can visit your nearest Foot Locker store and ask if they're able to exchange the item for you directly.
