How do I find a specific brand or model?
You can search for a specific brand or model directly on our website.

The item I want is out of stock. Can I be notified when it is available?
If a size or item is out of stock, you can register to be notified when it becomes available again.
On the product page, click Size out of Stock, then select Notify Me. Enter your email address in the pop-up and confirm by clicking the Notify Me button.
You will receive an automatic email notification when the item is back in stock in your size. Please note that we cannot guarantee how long the item will remain available, so we recommend purchasing as soon as possible after receiving the notification.
If the item sells out again before you have had the chance to purchase it, you will need to register again to receive a new notification.
Our Customer Care team is unable to advise on when items will be restocked.
How do I find the right size?
Sizing can vary between brands and styles. On each product page, you will find a size chart where you can enter your measurements to find your best fit.

Yes. Foot Locker only stocks genuine, authentic products sourced directly from the brands we partner with.
How can I check stock in stores?
We do not have visibility of individual store stock levels. To check availability in store, we recommend visiting your nearest Foot Locker store directly.
Do you offer sneaker customisation?
We do not offer sneaker customisation.
Can I pre-order or reserve an item?
