Damaged, Faulty, & Wrong Items

Return your item by post.

1. Return Orders Here
2. Select the item you want to return
3. Choose “Product was damaged, dirty or worn” as the return reason
4. Upload clear photos showing the damage
5. Ensure the item is unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact (including the shoebox)
6. Print your return label and attach it to the outer box (not the shoebox)
7. Drop off your parcel at a UPS drop-off point.

Please note: Damaged items must be returned by post and cannot be returned in store.

4. Upload clear photos showing the issue:
   • Top view of both shoes / front of the clothing
   • Sole / back view
   • Close-up of the fault
5. Complete your return and print your label
6. Drop off your parcel at a UPS drop-off point.

Please note: Items that have been altered, repaired, misused, or washed (sneakers) will not be accepted.

If your claim is approved, we will arrange your return and provide further instructions.

Please return to any Foot Locker store with the faulty item and your receipt or proof of purchase. Our in-store team will assess the item and help you find the best solution.

• Store purchases cannot be returned or exchanged online
• Items must be returned in person to a Foot Locker store
• If you no longer have your receipt, our store team can advise on available options

5. Ensure the item is unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact (including the shoebox)
6. Print your return label and attach it to the outer box (not the shoebox)
