FLX Cash

Introducing FLX Cash where members can redeem their XPoints for a voucher to be used online or in store.

It’s easy! Use your XPoints with FLX Cash:

• Sign into your FLX account.
• Go to the redemption center to redeem XPoints for your FLX Cash discount code.
• The code will be sent by email and can be used at the check-out in the discount code field.

FLX Cash Online can be used only toward the subtotal of a transaction for items purchased online, at the Foot Locker website where you signed up for membership.  You cannot use your XPoints for FLX Cash in other countries where you didn’t sign up for FLX membership.

Good to know:

• The FLX cash online discount code is valid for 4 weeks from the moment you receive your code.
• If the item is marked as "excluded from discount", it is not possible to use FLX Cash.
• One FLX Cash discount code can be used per purchase.
• It is NOT possible to use FLX Cash with other promotions/discount codes.
• Members can only redeem one discount code of € 5, € 10 and € 15 per calendar month.
• If returning only part of your order, XPoints will not be refunded.
• If returning your entire order, XPoints will be refunded.
• FLX Cash discount codes cannot be sold, bartered, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
• Companies, groups, associations, or others making commercial or bulk buyers are not eligible for FLX membership. The FLX Membership may not be used for reselling, profit, or any other business purposes.

• Use 15,000 XPoints to save € 5
• Use 30,000 XPoints to save € 10

Use 45,000 XPoints to save € 15

• The code will be sent by email and an employee will apply your code when completing the transaction

• FLX Cash online returns and order cancellations:

If you would like to initiate a return for a transaction in which FLX Cash was applied and only part of the order is returned, NO XPoints will be refunded for the FLX Cash code. You will only be refunded for the amount of the returned item(s) to the original method of payment.

If you would like to initiate a return for a transaction in which FLX Cash was applied and the complete order is returned, XPoints will be refunded for the FLX Cash code. The XPoints will be added to your account within 10 days. You will be refunded for the amount of the returned item(s) to the original method of payment.

If your order is cancelled by Foot Locker due to items being out of stock or similar issues, XPoints will be refunded for the FLX Cash code. Please Contact Us – Foot Locker  to receive your refunded XPoints.

FLX Cash in-store returns: The amount paid with FLX Cash will be refunded as FLX Cash.

Yes! You’ll earn XPoints based on your order subtotal (after discounts are applied). Example: your order subtotal € 100. You used € 5 FLX Cash. You’ll earn XPoints on the remaining € 95.

If the item is marked as "excluded from discount", it is NOT possible to use FLX Cash. In-store, no exclusions apply.
