Where is FLX available?
FLX membership is currently available in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and Spain.
How do I update my phone number?
You can update the phone number linked to your FLX account from your Profile.
We will send a one-time passcode (OTP) to your registered email address to verify the change. Once verified, your phone number will be updated and you will receive a confirmation message as well as an email confirming that your account information has been updated.

How do I join FLX?
FLX is free to join. You can join online or sign up in store.
Please note: only one FLX account is allowed per person.
Do I need an FLX account to order?
No. You can shop as a guest. However, FLX members receive:
- Free shipping
- Member-only offers
- Points on every purchase
- Free returns on eligible orders

How do I get free standard shipping?
To get free standard shipping, sign in to your FLX account before completing your purchase online.
As an FLX member, do I qualify for free returns?
Yes, subject to our returns policy. To qualify for free online returns, you must be an FLX member and be signed in to your account when placing the order. Returns are always free in store.
When will I receive my free birthday gift?
Your birthday gift is available for the entire month of your birthday. You will receive an email when it is ready, and it will appear in your FLX Wallet.
Example: if your birthday is 15 June, your gift will be available from 1 June until 30 June.
Birthday gifts are added automatically to your Wallet:
- Tier X1: £5 FLX Cash
- Tier X2: £10 FLX Cash
Please note: your gift amount is based on your tier level on the first day of your birthday month. To receive a birthday gift, you must add your birth month to your profile.
What is a Level-Up gift?
When you move from Tier X1 to Tier X2, you will receive a special reward. Your Level-Up gift will be added to your account at least 30 days after reaching X2 status.
