FLX Cash

Introducing FLX Cash where members can redeem their XPoints for a voucher to be used online or in store. 

• Online codes: valid for 4 weeks from redemption
• In-store codes: do not expire

It’s easy to turn your XPoints into savings with FLX Cash:

Steps:

1. Sign in to your FLX account
2. Go to the Redemption Center
3. Redeem XPoints for a FLX Cash discount code
4. The code will be sent by email and can be used at checkout in the discount code field

Important details:

• FLX Cash can only be used on the subtotal (before tax and shipping)
• It only works in the same country where you signed up for FLX
• The code is valid for 4 weeks from the date you receive it
• You can’t combine FLX Cash with other promotions or discount codes
• Only one FLX Cash code can be used per month
• If you return the entire order, your XPoints will be refunded
• If you return part of the order, the XPoints won’t be refunded
• Codes cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash
• Commercial or bulk buyers are not eligible for FLX Membership or rewards

How many XPoints do I need for FLX Cash online:

3. Redeem XPoints for an in-store FLX Cash discount code
4. Show the code at checkout—a store employee will apply it during your transaction

FLX Cash can only be used on the subtotal (before tax) of purchases made in the same country where you created your FLX account. It can’t be used in other countries or across regions.

• FLX Cash in-store can only be used in the same country where you signed up for FLX
• The code is applied to the subtotal (before tax)
• Codes do not expire
• You can use multiple codes in a single store purchase
• Only one code per value (£5, £10, £15 or £20) can be redeemed per calendar month
• FLX Cash codes can’t be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash

XPoints breakdown for FLX Cash in store:

FLX Cash online returns and order cancellations:

• If you return part of an order where FLX Cash was applied, → You will not get XPoints back for the FLX Cash code. → You’ll be refunded only for the returned items to your original payment method.
• If you return the entire order, → You will be refunded in full, including the FLX Cash. → XPoints will be re-added to your account within 10 days.
• If your order is cancelled by Foot Locker (e.g. out-of-stock), → FLX Cash and XPoints will be refunded automatically.
• For in-store returns, → The amount paid with FLX Cash will be refunded as FLX Cash, not cash or card.

Yes! You’ll earn XPoints on the amount paid after FLX Cash is applied.

Example:

Your subtotal is £100. You apply £5 FLX Cash.

→ You’ll earn XPoints on the remaining £95.

No. If an item is marked "excluded from discount", FLX Cash cannot be used online or in-store.
