Earning Points
How do I earn points?
You earn points in three different ways:
- Shop online: Log in to your FLX account when shopping online
- Shop in store: At checkout, use your FLX Membership ID, email address or mobile number
- Complete engagement activities: Points can be earned by taking online surveys, sharing shopping preferences, watching videos and more
How many points do I get per purchase?
You get 100 Points for every €1 spent (in-store or online), as long as the purchase is linked to your FLX account.
How many points can I earn each month?
Transactions:
There is a limit of 50,000 points earned on purchases per member per calendar month.
Engagement activities:
There is a limit of 1,500 points earned per member per calendar month.
Engagement activities may include answering a survey or visiting specified social media pages.

Any points earned by completing engagement activities will not count towards tier progression.
What are the FLX Membership tiers?
FLX Membership has two tiers — X1 and X2.
The more you shop with us the higher tier you will achieve, unlocking new perks and benefits.
Tier X1 | Spend £0-299 |
Tier X2 | Spend £300+ |
Tier status can be reached by meeting the stated spend amount for each tier within an FLX Membership Year.
Once you reach tier X2, you will remain in that tier for the remainder of that FLX Membership Year. The FLX Membership Year runs from February 1 to January 31.

Using Points
What can I do with points?
Members can redeem points for rewards including FLX Cash, raffles and more. Rewards may vary, so check the FLX Membership Dashboard to see the latest rewards FLX has to offer.
How do I redeem points for FLX Cash?
You can redeem your points for FLX Cash in three ways:
- From your FLX Dashboard
- From your cart at checkout
- In a Foot Locker store.

Do points expire?
Yes. If you don’t make a purchase or redeem points within 365 days, your points will expire.
Beginning October 1, 2025, all points will now expire at the calendar month-end one year from when they are earned.
For example: If you earn points from a purchase on June 17, 2025, points from that transaction will expire on June 30, 2026.
Furthermore, if you earn points from multiple purchases, and want to redeem points for a reward, we will use points from the transaction with the earlier expiration date.

Issues with Points
My points haven't appeared, what should I do?
It can take up to 3 days for points to appear. If it's been longer, contact our Customer Care team.
Please note, in rare cases it can take up to 30 business days for points to apply to your account.
Can I get points for purchases I made before I joined FLX Membership?
You must be an FLX member at the time of your purchase to earn points.
I forgot to tell a store team member I’m an FLX member. Can I still get the points for my purchase?
For in-store purchases, you have 30 days from the purchase date to get those well-deserved points credited to your account.
Please contact customer care to add the points to your account.
