How do I earn Xpoints?
You earn XPoints every time you shop - online or in store.
To collect points:

- Give your FLX email or member number when shopping in store

How many Xpoints do I get per purchase?
You earn 100 XPoints for every €1/£1 spent (in store or online), as long as your purchase is linked to your FLX account.
My Xpoints haven't appeared, what should I do?
It can take up to 3 days for your points to appear.
If they’re still missing after that, contact our Customer Care team and we'll look into it.
Do Xpoints expire?
Yes. XPoints will expire if you don’t make a purchase or redeem your points within 365 days of your last qualifying activity.
- If you make a purchase but return it, no XPoints will be earned. The last eligible purchase will reset the timer.
How do I redeem Xpoints for rewards?
- Log in to your FLX account on the Foot Locker website
- Visit the Redemption Center
- Choose your reward and follow the steps to redeem your XPoints
- XPoints can only be redeemed by the account holder.
How do I reset my FLX password?
- Click “Forgot password” on the login page
- Enter your FLX account email

Yes, you can edit your FLX details anytime by:
- Logging into your FLX account
- Going to your account settings
- Updating the information you need and saving your changes
Note 1: The only detail you cannot modify is your birthday.
Note 2: If you modify your email address, you'll need to validate the change by entering your password.
