How do I sign up for an account?

When creating your account, you can opt to receive our newsletters, keeping you up to date on the latest trends and promotions.
Receive a welcome 10% on your first sign up to enjoy online!
Once you have followed the steps of setting up your account you will receive a verification email to activate your Foot Locker account. Make sure to check your spam/promotions folder.
Your Foot Locker account is now ready to use!
I didn't receive a verification email.
Make sure to check your spam and promotions folder as the email may have ended up there.
If the verification email cannot be found, try creating a new account with the same email address you just used. If you get a message saying the email address is already being used, it means the verification email will come shortly. If not, there may have been a typo in the email address used.
Can I edit my account information?
Yes, you can manage your account in the My account section. - log in your account
- once logged in, click on your name on the top right-hand corner of the page
It will allow you to modify your: name, email address, delivery address and phone number.
If you are changing or modifying your email address, you will need to validate the change by entering your password.
How can I reset my account password?
You can reset your password by clicking on "forgot password" when logging in:
- enter the email address you used for your Foot Locker account
- you will receive an email with a link to update your password.
Please note that in some cases, the email may take a couple of hours to arrive in your inbox and might land in the spam or promotions folder. - once you've clicked on the link, you will be redirected to a page to set up your new password - you can now log in your Foot Locker account with your new password.
I'm having issues logging in.
You can try clearing your cache and cookies and try logging in again later.
If this has not worked, please reach out to our Customer Care team with
- the date and time the issue occurred
- a screenshot of the error message that appears on the screen.
Do I need an account to place an order?
To shop without an account, you can check out as a guest.
Do you have a mobile app that I can use to shop?
We do not have a mobile app that you can use to shop.
I want to delete my account.
Having an account is free and enables you to shop easily without having to enter your details each time. It also gives you an easy overview of your orders.

Subscribe/unsubscribe from the newsletter.
If you'd like to subscribe to our newsletter, you can do so by clicking here and scrolling all the way to the bottom. Ensure you accept cookies to view the "subscribe" button.
Unsubscribe: you can easily unsubscribe by going to the bottom of any newsletter email and clicking on "unsubscribe".
