FLX Cash

FLX members can redeem points for FLX Cash to save on in-store and online purchases. Your FLX Cash reward must be less than your order subtotal. For example, a £20 FLX Cash reward requires a subtotal of at least £20.01 (before fees).

FLX Cash cannot be used towards:

• Shipping and handling fees
• Other applicable fees
• Orders placed on your behalf by Customer Care or a store team member
• Gift cards

Good to know:

• Only one FLX Cash reward can be used per purchase. Rewards cannot be combined
• Maximum redemption is 200,000 points (£40 FLX Cash) per calendar month
• FLX Cash cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash
• The reward must be added to your FLX Wallet before purchase
• Birthday, Level-Up and bonus day gifts expire 30 days after being added to your Wallet

Redeemed FLX Cash expires 70 days after it is added to your FLX Wallet.

Special rewards, such as birthday gifts and bonus day gifts, expire 30 days after being received.

Your FLX Wallet is a virtual wallet found in your FLX Dashboard. It stores all rewards and discounts that can be applied to future purchases, including FLX Cash, birthday gifts and bonus cash. Rewards must be added to your Wallet before they can be used at checkout.

You can redeem your points for FLX Cash in two ways:

1. Via your FLX Dashboard:

1. Go to the Redeem tab in your FLX Dashboard.
2. Select the FLX Cash reward you want to redeem.
3. The reward will be added automatically to your FLX Wallet.
4. Apply your FLX Cash at checkout.

2. Directly in your cart:

1. In your cart, select Redeem now under the points prompt.
2. Select Redeem FLX Cash.
3. Choose the reward you want and select Redeem.
4. Apply your FLX Cash at checkout.

Please note: any additional promotional discount is applied after FLX Cash is deducted from the subtotal. Up to one additional offer can be applied alongside FLX Cash.

To use FLX Cash in store:

1. Add your FLX Cash reward to your FLX Wallet before your visit.
2. At checkout, let the store team member know you have a reward in your Wallet, or show them the barcode on the reward.

Tip: if you have not yet added the reward to your Wallet, a store team member can help you at checkout.

Please note: for in-store transactions, FLX Cash is applied before any additional promotional discount.

If you return an item purchased using FLX Cash, the FLX Cash value will be returned to your original FLX account as points.

Please note: Keep your receipt. FLX Cash cannot be refunded if the original transaction cannot be verified.

Yes. Points are earned based on the subtotal after all discounts and rewards have been applied.

Yes. You can remove an FLX Cash reward before completing your order.

No. FLX Cash can only be applied at checkout and does not apply to previous orders.

Yes. FLX Cash can be used on items marked "excluded from discount" (Terms and Conditions apply). Only one FLX Cash reward can be used per purchase. Rewards cannot be combined.

No. FLX Cash cannot be used to purchase a Foot Locker gift card.

Good to know: points are not earned when buying a gift card. However, FLX members do earn points when using a gift card to make a purchase.
