How do I manage my FLX Membership account?
Sign in and go to My Account to update your details.
How do I manage my FLX marketing email preferences?
Go to your FLX Dashboard and select Manage Preferences. Choose Yes to subscribe or No to unsubscribe. You can also use the unsubscribe link in any FLX email.
How do I delete my account or data?
Submit a request using our data deletion form. This will delete your account and all associated data.
Account Issues
I don't have access to the email address on my account.
You will need to create a new FLX account.
Please note: your previous points and order history will not transfer to your new account.
I forgot my password.
Click Forgot Password on the sign-in page and enter your registered email address. We will send you a verification code by email — this can take a few minutes. Enter the code on screen to continue and create your new password.
Please note: the code expires after 15 minutes. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder or select Resend Code.
