Getting Started
How do I join FLX?
Joining is easy and free:
- Go to the FLX sign-up page
- Enter your account details
- You'll receive a verification code by SMS
- Enter the code to activate your account
That’s it! Your FLX account is ready to use.
Note: Only one FLX account is allowed per person.
I didn't receive a verification code.
If you didn’t get the SMS code:
- You can request it again (up to 5 times)
- Still not working? Wait 10 minutes and try again
- You can also reset your password if needed
Do I need a FLX account to order?
No. You can shop as a guest at Foot Locker. But being a member gives you:
- Free shipping
- Member-only offers
- XPoints on your purchases
- Access to product drops and special events
Earning and Using XPoints
How do I earn Xpoints?
You earn XPoints every time you shop online or in-store. To collect points:
- Log in to your FLX account when shopping online
- Use your FLX email or member number in store
Bonus: Get 1,000 XPoints during your birthday month!
What can I do with Xpoints?
You can redeem your XPoints for:
- Exclusive products
- Experiences and sweepstakes
- Gift cards and more!
Rewards may vary, so check the FLX account section of the Foot Locker website for the latest.
How many Xpoints do I get per purchase?
You get 100 XPoints for every £1 spent (in-store or online), as long as the purchase is linked to your FLX account.
My Xpoints haven't appeared, what should I do?
It can take up to 3 days for points to appear. If it's been longer, contact our Customer Care team.
Do Xpoints expire?
Yes. If you don’t make a purchase or redeem points within 365 days, your points will expire.
- The last eligible purchase resets the timer
How do I redeem Xpoints for rewards?
- Log in to your FLX account on the Foot Locker website
- Visit the Redemption Center
- Choose your reward and follow the steps
- Only the account holder can redeem XPoints.

How do I reset my password?
- Click "Forgot password" on the login page
- Enter your FLX email address
- You'll receive a link to create a new password (check spam folders)
- Follow the link and set your new password
- Log in with your updated details

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then log in again.

Can I update my details?
Yes! You can update your FLX details anytime by:
- Logging into your FLX account
- Going to your account settings
- Making updates and saving changes
Note: You can’t change your birthday. If you change your email, you'll need to confirm it with your password.
