Why do I need to change my password?
Regularly changing your password adds an extra layer of protection to your account. We recommend using a unique password that is not used on another account.
What if I don't have access to the email address on my account?
You'll need to create a new account. Unfortunately, your order history and any FLX Membership XPoints won't transfer to your new account.
What if I forget my password?
It happens to the best of us! Just select the "Forgot Password" link on the account Sign In page. We'll guide you through the steps to create a new password.
I didn't receive an email to confirm my email address.
Check your spam or junk folder – the email could have landed there.. If you can't find it, then click the “Resend email” link.
The confirmation link in the “Confirm my email” no longer works. What should I do?
Go to our website or mobile app and select the “Resend email” link. You’ll have a few hours to confirm your email address.
