Before you return — choose the right method
- Returning by post. Free for FLX members who were logged in at checkout. For non-FLX members, a return fee of £2.99 will be deducted from your refund. Create your return label via Ready Returns
- Returning in store. Free of charge. No return label needed. Bring your item, proof of purchase, and the original shoe box if applicable to any Foot Locker store.
- Damaged or incorrect item. Please return it by using Ready Returns.
Return Fees
Will I be charged to return my order and what are my options?
You can return your order within 28 days of delivery. Your return options and any fees depend on how you choose to return your item.
- Returns in store: Free of charge
- Returns by post for FLX Members: Free of charge if you were logged in to your FLX account when you placed your order
- Returns by post for non-FLX Members: £2.99 per return deducted from your refund
- Damaged or incorrect items: Free of charge by post

Returning by Post
How do I return an item by post?
You have 28 days from the delivery date to return your item. All returned items must be in their original condition.
- Go to the Returns Portal
- Select the item(s) you want to return
- Choose a reason for return
- Download and print your return label
- Attach the label on the outer shipping box — not the shoe box
- Drop off your parcel at a DHL drop-off point
- Keep your drop-off receipt until your refund is processed
Please note:
- Do not leave returns in a locker
- Do not use DHL Express
- QR codes are not accepted. The label should be printed
- Keep your return and drop-off receipt
You can use another return method, but this is at your own risk.
What if my return doesn't fit in one box?
Each package needs its own unique return label.
- Go to Returns Portal
- Select the items for the first package
- Generate and print the return label for that package
- Repeat the steps for each additional package
DHL Express is asking for a Waybill number
We're unable to provide Waybill numbers. Please visit a DHL ParcelShop service point instead of a DHL Express store.
How long does a refund take after I return an item?
Once your parcel has been scanned by the courier, we aim to process your return and issue your refund within 14 days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been made. Please keep your drop-off receipt and tracking details until your refund has been completed.
Please note: It can then take a further 3–10 working days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank.
Returning In Store
How do I return an item in store?
Returning in store is free. You can return eligible items within 28 days of delivery.
- Do not create a return label
- Do not pack the item in a shipping box
- Bring your item, proof of purchase, and the original shoe box if applicable
Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with labels attached.
We cannot accept:
- Underwear, swimwear, socks, or hygiene-sensitive items
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
Please note: Online orders can be returned in store, unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Damaged or incorrect items should be returned by post using Ready Returns.
Items purchased in store must be returned to a Foot Locker store. Store purchases cannot be returned by post. Find your nearest Foot Locker store
I bought an item in a store — can I return it by post?
Specific Return Types
Can I return a raffle item?
Yes. Follow the standard return by post process above. Drop-offs must be made at a DHL ParcelShop — not in a locker.
How do I return an item bought with Clearpay?
Items purchased with Clearpay can be returned in the usual way, following our standard return process.
Once your return has been processed, your refund will be reflected through your Clearpay payment arrangement in line with Clearpay Terms.
Exchanges
Can I exchange an item?
We don't offer exchanges for online orders. If you would like a different size, colour or item, please return your original item and place a new order.
You can also visit your nearest Foot Locker store and ask whether an exchange is possible in store.
