Important update to our UK Returns Policy (effective 3 November 2025)
Starting 3 November 2025, a return fee will apply for UK customers when returning online orders by post to our warehouse.
- Returns in store: Free of charge

- FLX Members (at the time of purchase): Free of charge
- Non-FLX Members: £2.99 per return (deducted from your refund)
No fee will be charged if your item is faulty or incorrect.

You can return your item in store or by post. Please follow the steps below to ensure your return is processed quickly and correctly.
Return in Store
Bring your item to any Foot Locker store within 28 days from the delivery date.
Ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags attached.
Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box.
Bring proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation).
Return by Post
How to return by post:
Log in to Ready Returns.
Enter your order email address and order number (starts with 319).
Select the item(s) you wish to return.
Choose the reason for your return.
Print the return label and attach it to the outer box (do not attach it to the shoe box).
Take your parcel to the selected drop-off point. Do not leave it in a locker — the courier cannot collect from lockers.
Keep your receipt with tracking details until your refund is processed.

Return Conditions
Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached (shoes in original shoe box).
We cannot accept returns for underwear, swimwear, socks, or similar items.
Damaged, dirty, wrong-size, or incorrect items must be returned by post.
