My promo or discount code is not working
If your code is not working, the most common reasons are:
- The item is already on sale or excluded from the promotion.
- The code has expired.
- The code has already been used.
If none of the above apply, contact us with the following information:
- The promo or discount code you are trying to use
- The item you are trying to purchase, including the item code (found below the product image)
Can I use more than one promo code per order?
No. Only one promo code can be applied per order.
Do you offer a student discount?
We do not currently offer a student discount in Ireland.
