How do I use a promo or discount code?
Add your eligible items to your basket and go to checkout. Enter your code in the Promo Code field and select Apply. If the promotion is valid, the discount will be shown before you complete your order.
Promotions may have specific exclusions and expiry dates.
Can I use more than one promo code per order?
No. Only one promo code can be applied per order.
Do promos apply to sale items?
It depends on the promotion. Some promotions can be used on sale items, while others only apply to full-priced products.
Check the promotion's terms and conditions for any exclusions.
Do you offer a student discount?
We do not currently offer a student discount in Ireland.
My promo or discount code is not working
Check that:
- The items in your basket are eligible for the promotion.
- The code has not expired.
- The code has not already been used.
- You have met any minimum spend or other promotion requirements.
- The code has been entered correctly.
If it still does not work, contact us and provide the promo or discount code and the item you are trying to purchase, including the item code (found below the product image).
Can promos be applied after an order has been placed?
No. Promotions and discount codes must be applied during checkout before you complete your order.
