Can I use my gift card in different European countries?
Foot Locker gift cards can be used in Foot Locker stores across all European countries where Foot Locker issues gift cards.
In Ireland, gift cards can only be used in Foot Locker stores. They cannot be used online.
Can I combine a gift card with another payment method?
Yes. If your gift card does not cover the full value of your order, you can pay the remaining balance using another accepted payment method at checkout in the store.
How do I check my gift card balance?

Do gift cards expire?
Foot Locker gift cards do not expire.
Can I get a refund for a gift card?
No. Gift cards cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or redeemed for cash.
What happens if I return an item bought with a gift card?
Refunds for gift card purchases are always issued as a new gift card, not as cash or credit to another payment method. For a store purchase returned in store, you will receive a new physical gift card at the time of return.
Your new gift card will be loaded with the exact value of the returned items.
What if my gift card is lost or stolen?
Unfortunately, we are unable to replace lost or stolen gift cards. Please treat your gift card like cash and keep it in a safe place.
