Getting Started
How do I join FLX?
FLX Membership is easy and free to join! You can either join online or sign up in store.
Note: Only one FLX account is allowed per person.
Do I need a FLX account to order?
No. You can shop as a guest at Foot Locker. But being a FLX member gives you:
- Free shipping
- Member-only offers
- Points on your purchases
- Easy returns on eligible orders
FLX Benefits
How do I get free standard shipping?
Members must be signed into their FLX Membership account before completing their online purchase.
As a FLX member, do I qualify for free returns?
Yes, Members qualify for free online returns, subject to Foot Locker’s returns policies.
You must be an FLX member and be logged into your Account when the order was placed to be eligible for free returns. Returns are always free in-store.
When will I receive my free birthday gift?
Your gift will be available for the entire month of your birthday. You’ll get an email that your free birthday gift is waiting in your FLX Membership Wallet; you can also see your reward by logging in to your Dashboard.
For example, if your birthday is June 15th, then your gift will be ready on June 1st and will be available for 30 days.
Your free birthday gift will automatically be added to your reward Wallet:
- Tier X1 members receive €5 FLX Cash
- Tier X2 members will receive €10 FLX Cash
Please note, your free birthday gift amount is determined by your tier level on the first day of your birthday month.
To receive the free birthday gift, you must tell us your birth month by completing your profile.
What is a Level-Up gift?
Members that level up from tier X1 to tier X2 status will receive a special reward as a gift. Members will receive their level-up gift at least 30 days after achieving tier X2 status.
