What is FLX Membership?
Welcome to the Foot Locker FLX Membership (the “FLX Membership”), a loyalty program through which you can earn points (the “XPoints”) and later redeem them for offers, products, services, events, and much more (the “Reward”). Membership in the FLX Membership is free of charge.
How do I sign up for an FLX account?
Our FLX Membership Program is currently only operational in The Netherlands, France, the UK, Spain, Italy, and Germany (the “Participating Countries”).
Individuals who are residents in one of these countries are eligible for participation. You may enroll in the FLX Membership either on the Foot Locker website or in Foot Locker stores from the Participating Countries.

When signing up to FLX, you can opt to receive FLX Membership email, with exclusive offers and rewards.
A verification code, which is a onetime password, will be sent via SMS and expires after 10 minutes. To complete your FLX registration, add this code to validate your FLX account.
There is a limit of one membership per person. Your FLX account is now ready to use!
I didn't receive a verification code.
If you didn't receive the SMS verification code, you request it again, up to 5 times. If you still didn't receive it after the 5th attempt, please wait 10 minutes before retrying. You can also try resetting your password.
Do I need a FLX account to place an order?
No you do not need a FLX account to place an order at Foot Locker. To shop without FLX, simply check out as a guest.
However, being a FLX member will allow you to enjoy free shipping no matter the amount of your order, redeem points for offers, products, services and much more!
How do I earn Xpoints?
You earn Xpoints with each purchase either online or in store.
To earn Xpoints online, you need to make sure you are logged in to your FLX account.*
To earn Xpoints in store or in store, you will need to give your email.
To earn extra Xpoints, you can participate in special activities detailed in FLX Membership emails and on your FLX dashboard.
During your birthday month, we will give you 1000 XPoints. You can claim your Xpoints on the 'Earn Section' on the FLX Page
*FLX membership is available in France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain & the UK.
What can I do with Xpoints?
You can redeem your XPoints for a wide variety of rewards, including unique products, exciting experiences, sweepstakes entries and gift cards. The offer changes on a regular basis. The current offer can be found on the Foot Locker website in your FLX account section. Please note that the items, services, and other benefits offered under the FLX Membership may change at any time without notice.
How many Xpoints do I get per purchase?
For every Euro/Pound you spend at Foot Locker / Kids Foot Locker* in-store or online, you can earn 100 XPoints (when the transaction is linked to your FLX member account).
*the FLX membership is available in France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain & the UK.
Do Xpoints expire?
If you do not make a purchase or redeem your points within 365 days after your last purchase or last redemption, your XPoints will expire.
If you make a purchase but then return the items in that purchase, no XPoints will be earned, and the date of the previous purchase will count as the last purchase.
How do I redeem Xpoints for rewards?
Log into your FLX Program account on the Foot Locker website and check out the redemption center for available rewards. Follow the instructions to redeem your XPoints. Members can accumulate and redeem XPoints on an individual basis and solely for their own Account.
How can I reset my account password?
You can reset your password by clicking on "Forgot Password" when logging in:
- Enter the email address you used for your FLX account
- You'll receive an email with a link to update your password. Please note that in some cases, the email might take a couple of hours to arrive in your inbox and might land in the spam or promotions folder
- Once you've clicked on the link, you'll be redirected to a page to set up your new password
- You can now log in your FLX account with your new password
I'm having issues logging in.
You can try clearing your cache and cookies and try logging in again later.

- The date and time the issue occurred
- A screenshot of the error message that appears on the screen
Can I edit my account information?
Yes, you can edit your account information by following these steps:
- Log in to your account
- Click on your name on the top righthand corner of the page and click on 'My Account'
- Once in your account, scroll down to the 'Details' tab. Under 'Address Book', you can view your details and modify your name, email address, delivery address and phone number. The only detail you cannot modify is your birthday.
Note: If you modify your email address, you'll need to validate the change by entering your password.

How do I unsubscribe from FLX marketing emails?
You can unsubscribe from FLX membership marketing emails at any time by updating your communication preferences in your Account or by following the instructions in the emails.
