FLX Cash

FLX members can redeem points for cash rewards to save money on in-store and online purchases.

To use FLX Cash, your reward must be less than the subtotal. For example, if you have a £20 FLX Cash reward, your order subtotal (before taxes and fees) must be  at least £20.01.
 

FLX Cash cannot be applied toward:

• Shipping and handling fees
• Other applicable fees
• Orders placed on your behalf by one of our team members (e.g., Foot Locker’s customer care team or a store order)
• Gift Cards
   

Good to know:

• One FLX Cash reward can be used per purchase and rewards may not be combined
• Members can redeem a maximum of 200,000 points towards FLX Cash (£40 FLX Cash) per calendar month
• FLX Cash cannot be sold, bartered, transferred or exchanged for cash
• The FLX Cash reward must be added to the FLX Membership Wallet prior to purchase
• The birthday, level-up and bonus day gifts expire 30 days after being added to the FLX Membership Wallet

Redeemed FLX Cash expires 70 days after being added to your FLX Membership Wallet. Special rewards like your birthday gift or bonus day gift expire 30 days after receiving them.

Any reward that can be applied to a purchase must be redeemed and added to your FLX Membership Wallet, which is a virtual Wallet found in your FLX Membership Dashboard. 

Your FLX Membership Wallet stores all your rewards and discounts that can be applied to future purchases. (i.e: FLX Cash, birthday gifts, bonus cash and more.)

There are two ways to redeem your points for FLX Cash: in your FLX Membership Dashboard or in your Cart.
 

1. FLX Membership Dashboard:

1. In the "Redeem" tab of your FLX Membership Dashboard select an FLX Cash reward you would like to redeem
2. Once you have redeemed points for the FLX Cash reward it will automatically be added to the ‘FLX Membership Wallet’.
   
   2. In Cart:

1. In your cart, underneath "You have enough points for an FLX Cash reward!” select “Redeem now.” 

2. Then, select “Redeem FLX Cash.”

3. Choose an FLX Cash reward you’d like redeem and select “Redeem.” 

4. Lastly, apply your FLX Cash at checkout.


For online transactions, any additional eligible promotional offer or discount is applied AFTER FLX Cash is deducted from the subtotal. Promotional offers are applied before taxes and up to one (1) other offer can be applied with FLX Cash.

1. Add your FLX Cash to your FLX Membership Wallet prior to your purchase
2. Then, let the store team member know you have a reward in your Wallet or show the barcode on the reward at checkout.
    

Tip: If you have not already added the reward to your Wallet, ask a team member to help when at check-out in store.

For in-store transactions, FLX Cash will be applied before any additional eligible promotional offer or discount.

FLX Cash will be returned in the form of points to the original FLX Membership account which it was redeemed from.

Be sure to save your receipt; FLX Cash will not be refunded if your original transaction cannot be verified.

Yes. You will earn points based on the subtotal after all discounts and/or rewards are applied.

Yes. You can remove an FLX Cash reward before completing your order.
 

No. FLX Cash does not apply to prior orders and can only be used at checkout.
 

Yes! You can use FLX Cash on items marked “excluded from discount” (Terms and Conditions apply).

 

Note: One FLX Cash reward can be used per purchase (FLX Cash rewards may not be combined)

No. FLX Cash cannot be used to buy a Foot Locker gift card.

 

Good to know: You won’t earn points for buying a gift card. Although, if you’re an FLX member, you’ll earn points if you use a gift card to make a purchase.
