What is Apple Pay?
Apple Pay is a digital wallet service offered by Apple that enables you to make contactless payments in stores, online, and in apps using your Apple devices.
How does Apple Pay work?
To pay in stores, hold your Apple device near the contactless payment terminal. For online and in-app purchases, select Apple Pay as your payment method. Finally, confirm your identity using Face ID, Touch ID, or enter a passcode.
If you are placing an order from a desktop, Apple Pay can only be accessed if you are using an Apple computer (MacBook, MacBook Air or iMac) through the Safari browser. Apple Pay is not available on other browsers.
Is Apple Pay secure?
When you add a credit or debit card to Apple Pay, the actual card numbers are not stored on the device or on Apple servers. Instead, a unique Device Account Number is assigned, encrypted, and securely stored in the Secure Element, a dedicated chip on your device. Each transaction is authorized with a one-time unique dynamic security code.
Which banks support Apple Pay in Europe?
Apple Pay is compatible with a wide range of banks and card issuers in Europe. Refer to Apple's website for a complete and up-to-date list of participating banks.
How do I set up Apple Pay?
To set up Apple Pay, open the Wallet app on your iPhone and follow the on-screen instructions to add your credit or debit cards. You can also add cards to Apple Pay through your bank's app.
Are there any fees for using Apple Pay?
Apple Pay is typically free to use. However, your bank or card issuer may have their own fees for certain transactions. It's always best to check with your bank for details.
What is the return policy for items bought with Apple Pay?
Our standard return policy applies, but here are a few important points to keep in mind:
- You can return your items for free using the Ready Returns portal
- All items must be returned within 28 days of the delivery date
- We cannot accept returns of underwear, swimwear, socks, or anu items that are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons
- Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Shoes must be returned in their original box.
- The refund amount for each item will be adjusted to account for the Combo deal discount
