Earning Points
How do I earn points?
You earn points in three ways:
- Shop online: Log in to your FLX account when shopping online.
- Shop in store: At checkout, provide your FLX Membership ID, email address, or mobile number.
- Complete engagement activities: Earn points by taking surveys, sharing shopping preferences, watching videos, and more.
How many points do I get per purchase?
You earn 100 points for every £1 spent in store or online, as long as the purchase is linked to your FLX account.
How many points can I earn each month?
Purchases: Up to 50,000 points per calendar month.
Engagement activities: Up to 1,500 points per calendar month. Activities include surveys and visiting specified social media pages.
Please note: Points earned through engagement activities do not count towards tier progression.

What are the FLX Membership tiers?
FLX Membership has two tiers: X1 and X2. The more you spend, the higher your tier and the more perks you unlock.
| Tier X1 | Spend £0–£299 |
| Tier X2 | Spend £300+ |
Tier status is based on spend within an FLX Membership Year (1 February to 31 January). Once you reach X2, you remain in that tier for the rest of that membership year.

Using Points
Redeem points for rewards including FLX Cash, raffles, and more. Check your FLX Membership Dashboard for the latest available rewards.
You can redeem points for FLX Cash in three ways:
- From your FLX Dashboard
- From your cart at checkout
- In a Foot Locker store

FLX points earned on and after 8 June 2026 expire 12 months from the date they are earned, on the last day of the expiration month.
Example:
Earn 500 points on 20 November 2026 → Expires 30 November 2027.

What happens to points earned before 8 June 2026?
All FLX points earned before this date expire on the last day of the expiration month that occurs twelve (12) months after the member’s last earn or redemption activity.
Earning points, redeeming points, or making purchases on or after 8 June 2026 will no longer extend the expiration date of existing points.
Example:
If you have 5,000 unredeemed points on 8 June 2026 and your last earn or redemption activity was on 5 March 2026, those points will expire on 31 March 2027.
In what order will my points be redeemed?
Points are redeemed in the order they were earned. This means your oldest points will always be used first.
Where can I see when my points expire?
You can check your FLX Membership Dashboard to view your points activity and expiration dates.
Issues with Points
My points have not appeared. What should I do?
Points can take 3 to 5 working days to appear after a purchase. For online orders, points are usually added once your item has been shipped — please wait until your order has shipped before checking your balance.
Can I earn points for purchases made before I joined FLX?
No. You must be an FLX member at the time of purchase to earn points.
I forgot to tell the store I was an FLX member. Can I still get the points?
Yes, for in-store purchases you have 30 days from the purchase date to claim your points. Please contact Customer Care with your receipt and we will add them to your account.
