If the promo code isn't working, it may mean that the item is on sale or is excluded from a promotion. If you think there is another issue with your promo code, please reach out to our customer care team with the following information:

- the item, including the item code (you will find this under the item image).

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash nor be replaced in case they are lost or stolen.
