Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash nor be replaced in case they are lost or stolen.

To check the balance on your gift card, you can call the following toll-free number during business hours: 8002-8611.
When do gift cards expire?
Gift cards issued by Foot Locker do not expire.
The expiry date of gift cards bought from a third party depends on the retailer. In such cases, please contact the retailer issuing the gift card.
