Order Cancellations
Find answers about cancelling your order, what happens after cancellation, and what options are available if your order has already been processed.
Yes, you can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, as long as it has not yet been prepared for shipment.
You can cancel your order directly on our website:
- Scroll to the bottom of the Foot Locker homepage and click on "Order Status".
- Enter your order number and your email address.
- Select your order and click on "Cancel order".
You can find your order number in your order confirmation email.
You will receive a confirmation email informing you whether your cancellation was successful.
Once your order is being processed, it can no longer be cancelled.
In this case, you can simply return the items after receiving them.

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address after order confirmation.
Should delivery fail, your package will usually be returned to us and you will be refunded. You can then place a new order with the correct address.
However, via the link in your shipping confirmation you may have the option to redirect your package directly with the delivery carrier to a neighbour, a safe drop-off location or a parcel station.
We will always inform you by email if your order, or part of it, has been cancelled. The most common reasons are:
- The item was no longer in stock at the time of shipment.
- There was a problem with your payment.
If your order has been cancelled, you will receive the refund to your account within 3 to 10 working days.

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, you may have entered the wrong email address at checkout.

Your 20-digit order number (starting with 319) can be found in:
- Your order confirmation email
- Any order-related emails from us
- The "My Orders" section in your account
We do not currently offer pre-orders or reservations. Items are available to purchase on a first-come, first-served basis.
Tracking & Missing Items
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order in the "My Orders" section of your account.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation email.

Your order may arrive in multiple packages. Please check all tracking links in your shipping emails before contacting us.
If all deliveries are marked as complete and an item is still missing, contact us and we will investigate.
